LOCAL PICK UP OPTION:

Queen will be pulled and ready for you to pick up at our RICHLANDS LOCATION.

SHIPPING OPTION:

WE SHIP WITH USPS. ONCE YOUR QUEEN SHIPS, YOU WILL BE EMAILED A TRACKING NUMBER. WHEN THE QUEEN ARRIVES TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, THE POSTMASTER IS ASKED TO GIVE YOU A CALL WITH THE NUMBER YOU PROVIDE ON YOUR ORDER FOR PICK UP AT THE POST OFFICE. YOU SHOULD ALSO REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW YOU HAVE A LIVE QUEEN ENROUTE. 

IF YOU ARE NEEDING QUEEN SHIPPED OVERNIGHT, YOU MUST GIVE US A CALL 1ST TO CONFIRM THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE!!

BY PLACING YOUR ONLINE ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. WE DO NOT REPLACE QUEENS IF THEY ARRIVE DEAD DURING SHIPPING.
